We are a Mixed Martial Arts training facility. We offer
curriculums for all interested in martial arts and combat sports
training. For those interested in competitive types of martial
arts we offer Jiu-Jitsu, Grappling, Wrestling and
Muay Thai Kickboxing. These are offered separately or as a
full combination for those interested in Mixed Martial Arts
or No Holds Barred Fighting.
Our program is a perfect blend of physical training which
incorporates kicking, striking and grappling. It promotes
individual achievement and team support.
Stressing
discipline, physical and mental challenges
and problem solving and most important.....FUN!!!
We offer a great mix of Jiu-jitsu and Submission
Grappling. Both of these curriculums place an emphasis on
ground fighting, but we also cover takedowns and
clinch work.
Training in Jiu-jitsu and Grappling are a great way
to have fun and get in unbelievable shape! Your strength, cardio
and flexibility will greatly improve while you are learning a very
valuable skill…..How to protect yourself!!
As a beginner, we will emphasize the required fundamentals of the
martial art. This allows you to become proficient with basic
techniques and principles that will be the foundation of the
